"Safety and peace" or "Safety and piece of your ass"? Whether or not Malik is grabbing Altaïr's butt with his right hand, we'll never know...

This pic takes place before Altaïr became the superior assassin both in rank and ability and decided that he was above the Creed. Malik still has his both arms and he admires and respects Altaïr.

I'm excited about AC2 but I will miss these two hot men dearly. :(

Full view is the working size
Tools: Photoshop CS and Wacom Graphire 3 (old, I know)
Brush: Default brush "Bristle" on low flow and opacity.
Cheats: Bristle didn't make fine line so I used smudge on hair and some other details. Dodge and burn used on the stupid plant on the background.
Reference: Various game stills for facial features, character art for improvised costume details.

I love this, probably the best AltMal I've seen! I like how your style is so realistic, because most of the fanart is drawn in manga-style. Malik looks so possessive XD and he has every reason to be :D

About 2 days, but I must have spent about 5 additional days on trying to make Malik look like Malik! His face is always the hardest part. >_<

This piece is absolutely delicious!!! Your detail is amazing and the likeness of Altair and Malik are, dare I say it, the best I've seen in fan art! You really nailed them with this piece!
